What is Mukhallat,Oud,Musk?

WHAT IS MUKHALLAT?

Mukhallat  means mixture of  essential oils and aroma ingredients like Oudh, Amber, Rose. Every mixture of essential oils and aroma ingredients will vary and give a different aroma, depending on the mixture and the proportion in which the ingredients are blended.  

WHAT IS OUD?

Oud is one of the most expensive perfume ingredients in the world. Oud comes from the wood of the tropical Agar (Aquilaria) tree (also called agarwood).When the wood of this tree gets infected with a certain mould variety (Phialophora parasitica), it reacts by producing a precious, dark and fragrant resin.

Oud (in Arabian ‘oudh’) is highly valued by perfumers for its sweet, woody, aromatic and complex scent. it is sometimes referred to as “liquid gold.”

WHAT IS MUSK?

Musk is one of the most mysterious ingredients in perfumery. It is the strongest aphrodisiac. 
The substance has the magic power to attract the opposite sex, to increase the male power and female libido.
He may have both animal and vegetable origin. 
Musk is used in the creation of perfume compositions as a fixer of base notes to increase their durability, as well as give the composition a greater sensuality, enhance the components of the fragrance. 
A special type of musk is white musk. It is ideal for everyday compositions, as it gives a light and fresh chord of “clean skin”.
