How to exchange or return purchased products?

Terms of return and exchange

A request for refund or exchange should be made within 3 days after the delivery date. After this period a request will be refused.

If your purchase is damaged, we can exchange it.

We offer rapid exchange (except samples). For this you have to notify us about the damage within 3 days, send us a copy of the invoice of your order and specify the damage.

You need to return your product in unused condition (for example, if you opened the box to examine the product you have to do it without damage). Goods must be returned with the original box,packaging and accessories within 14 ( fourteen) days.

Returns occurs either by mail or to the office. If the customer decides to return the product by mai, he must provide AZALIA with tracking number after dispatch.

If the client sends the goods by an unregistered mail, the client is responsible for the safety of the package.

Shop AZALIA exchanges damage goods or, in the absence of the necessary goods in stock, returns the money to the customer within thirty (30) calendar days at the expense of client, from which the payment was made, after receiving the goods back to the warehouse.

If customer change of mind and want to return the goods, at a refund will be considered only the cost of the goods without the cost of shipping.

If the goods are delivered to destination point by cash on delivery method,but they were not paid and taken by the customer and came back to the shop,the store has the right to add the buyer to the blacklist of buyers.
