Introduction

The online shop “Azalia” (website https://azalija.lt/) is the property and under control of the company “UAB Valeksia“. The Seller is UAB “Valeksia”, legal entity code: 302644687, legal address: Švitrigailos str. 7, Vilnius, LT-03110, Republic of Lithuania, e-mail: mail@azalija.lt, website https://azalija.lt/ (hereinafter – “We”), The Buyer – an individual or legal person who buys goods offered in the Azalia online shop (hereinafter “You”). These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter “Rules”) are a legal document that determines the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the Azalia online shop. The personal data controller of the website visitors and the website data processor is UAB Valeksia, company code: 302644687, legal address: Švitrigailos st. 7, Vilnius, LT-03110, Republic of Lithuania, e-mail mail: mail@azalija.lt, https://azalija.lt/ The terms used in the rules are understood as they are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no. 2016/679. During registration, purchases, sales and other actions on the Azalia website, you must comply with the Rules and Conditions of this agreement. By using the website  Azalia , you agree to the Rules and Conditions of the website and undertake to comply with them. This agreement is concluded in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Online shop Azalia has the right to unilaterally change these Rules at any time without informing the Buyer in advance. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website Azalia (https://azalija.lt/). In all cases, it is considered that the Buyer, browsing the website Azalia (https://azalija.lt/) and checking the box, indicating that the Buyer agree to the rules when purchasing the goods, confirms that he has read and understood the Site Rules and Conditions described in this agreements.

Rule n°1

The buyer may : 1.1 place the order and pay for purchases at AZALIA store if his(her) age is 18 years and older; 1.2 leave a comment on the product ; 1.3 participate in activities and sales of the shop ; 1.4 to subscribe and receive shop`s newsletter; 1.5 to get storage bonuses; 1.6 to participate in store loyalty programs .

Rule n°2

The buyer shall: 2.1 carefully to use the software of shop AZALIA; 2.2 during registration to specify the correct mailing address , electronic mail address , full name , and other information necessary for ordering. 2.3 to control the correct shipping address before confirming the order . 2.4 to store and do not to transfer to third parties account details at AZALIA store .The customer password is protected by customer themself. Customer is responsible for providing the password to third parties. Store AZALIA is not responsible for delays and/or additional costs of shipping in consequence of an incorrectly specified email address. 2.5 If the buyer choose to pay cash on delivery, he/she must redeem the order. In case of refusal to pay for the order and return it to the online store AZALIA, the buyer is added in the black list of the store and he/she is not able to make orders in the future.

Rule n°3

The buyer is prohibited : 3.1 to denigrate about AZALIA shop.Person, who carries out the aforesaid activities to disseminate damaging information , is responsible for his deliberate actions under applicable laws of LITHUANIA; 3.2 to take any action that may damage the rating system of AZALIA store; 3.3 to use the programmes of destructive features on AZALIA website; 3.4 posting of an items in inappropriate category or areas on our sites and services; 3.5 collecting information about users personal information; 3.6 to post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.

Rule n°4

AZALIA accepts payment at its discretion. Payment may be made by PAYPAL, PaySera or Bank Transfer. AZALIA invoice must be paid within three (3 ) calendar days from the invoice date. AZALIA has the right to cancel the order and / or exhibited customer invoice, if the invoice is not paid by the customer within seven calendar days of the invoice date. After the cancellation of order and / or invoice, all reserved goods are returned in the online shop for sale.

Rule n°5

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, if you change your mind about a particular purchase. THEREFORE, BE CAREFUL.

Rule n°6

We carefully inspect the goods for damage / inconsistencies. If your purchase is damaged, we can exchange it. We offer rapid exchange (except samples). For this you have to notify us about the damage within 3 days, send us a copy of the invoice of your order and specify the damage. You need to return your product in unused condition (for example, if you opened the box to examine the product you have to do it without damage).Goods must be returned with the original box,packaging and accessories within 14 ( fourteen) days. Returns occurs either by mail or, with prior consent, to the office. If the customer decides to return the product by mail , heshe must provide AZALIA with tracking number after dispatch. If the client sends the goods by an unregistered mail, the client is responsible for the safety of the package. Shop AZALIA exchanges damage goods or , in the absence of the necessary goods in stock , returns the money to the customer within thirty (30) calendar days at the expense of client , from which the payment was made, after receiving the goods back to the warehouse. At a refund will be considered only the cost of the goods without the cost of shipping. If the labels on the goods removed, the product was used , damaged or in any other way made unusable by the customer , the store AZALIA has the right to consider product caused damage and does not return the money in full to the client.

Rule n°7

We pack your order so carefully to be guaranteed delivered to you without damage. Shop AZALIA not responsible for damage of the goods , which was properly packed , after sending them assigned representative firm providing transportation services . With the appropriate complaints , please contact directly to the representatives of the carrier. The store can give a copy of the document on a parcel to a written request ( e-mail , regular mail , and fax) , and a list of merchandise that has been properly packed and transferred to the representative of the carrier. This product is packaged on its merits – in safe bubble envelope or in a hard cardboard box. Fragile items marked relevant transport signs.

Rule n°8

Prices for the products of our shop are retail.When ordering goods,the price of postage,chosen by the customer,is added to the price of goods. For the customer that price operates, which was at the time of order confirmation. If later the price of this product has been reduced , the difference is not compensated and claims at this time will not be accepted; Discount coupons or promotional markdowns give time discount in a certain amount of money or percentage . We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable ,error-free.

Rule n°9

We can edit, delete or modify the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on our site.

All rights to the design, name, logo, website content store AZALIA owned store AZALIA, which is under the direction and control of VALEKSIA.

Rule n°11

Fraudulent activity is monitored on our website and in detecting fraud, AZALIA using all means available to us, and you are responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

Rule n°12

All customer information is the property of the store store AZALIA, is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed, sold to third parties for commercial purposes and not in any other form. This agreement is governed by applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. In case of disagreement, if the agreement does not contain solutions to disputes, the parties refer to the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. .
